Brigitteโs testimony against the bill in 2023 went viral worldwide, one image of which was named among Time magazineโs Top 100 Photos of the Year, and she has since become one of the most recognized voices for LGBTQ+ advocacy in the state, including as the first drag performer to address the Texas Democratic Convention.
